What is Inclusive Design?

Every design decision has the potential to include or exclude people. Exclusion can for example be by age, gender, ethnicity, culture and disability as well digitally, geographically, financially or socially. Inclusive design emphasize the value of insights from a diversity of people, perspectives and needs in creating more user friendly products, services, digital solutions, graphic design, built environments and even societies which are better for all.
