What is Inclusive Design?
Every design decision has the potential to include or exclude people. Exclusion can be by age, disability, gender and culture, but we can also mean geographically, financially or socially. Inclusive design emphasize the value of insights from user diversity in creating more user friendly and universal products, services, buildings, environments and even societies which are better for all.
