DOGA Staff

Hilde works with architectural policy at DOGA. She holds a degree in architecture from NTNU and has experience with various private and public projects, especially in urban and concept development. She has extensive experience as an architect, project manager, and managing director at LPO Architects. Over the past year, she has worked on architectural policy in the planning department at the Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development.

Ingerid Helsing Almaas is Head of Strategic Initiative Welfare and Health at DOGA. She also works with DOGA’s international projects. Ingerid is an architect MNAL. She trained and practiced in Great Britain, and has taught and lectured at several universities, nationally and internationally. She has worked as a writer and critic for publications at home and abroad, and was editor-in-chief of Arkitektur N, the Norwegian Review of Architecture, from 2004–2017.

Siri’s focus at DOGA is on architecture and urban development from a societal perspective. Her work is both political and strategic and she is particularly enthusiastic about a living city centre and smart cities. Siri previously worked as a consultant and earned her degree in Civil Economics from the NHH Norwegian School of Economics and has completed additional courses in both design and urbanism. She also heads PechaKucha Night Oslo, held at DOGA four times a year.
