DOGA Staff

Cecilie works with design-driven innovation and spreading knowledge about the value of design. She is an educated service designer from Westerdals, and has work experience with change and innovation in the public sector.
Cecilie also has a background as an actress, graduated from the Theater Academy/Art Academy in Oslo, as well as dramaturgy and storytelling from the University of Oslo. This gives her an interdisciplinary approach. Cecilie is passionate about how service design can be used in innovation processes to increase quality and create better user experiences.

Cecilie works as a project manager for the DOGA brand. She is also responsible for the international profiling of Norwegian design and architecture in DOGA.
Cecilie is a journalist and has 17 years' experience from Norwegian design and lifestyle magazines, most recently as editor for Bo Bedre. With a burning commitment to Norwegian furniture and product design, she continues to promote the industry through her work at DOGA.

Ellen Margrethe focuses on exhibitions and information/communication. She is more than happy to take you on a guided tour and/or city tour and is a knowledgeable and enthusiastic storyteller. She earned her Master’s from the University of Oslo, specialising in Art History, Literary Science and the History of Ideas. Ellen Margrethe has previously worked in the field of communication at various cultural institutions in Oslo.

Martin is the head of communication and awards. He is also the press contact for DOGA.
He has a background as a politician at the Norwegian parliament and as Hurtigruta's press contact.
