DOGA Staff

Hilde works with architectural policy at DOGA. She holds a degree in architecture from NTNU and has experience with various private and public projects, especially in urban and concept development. She has extensive experience as an architect, project manager, and managing director at LPO Architects. Over the past year, she has worked on architectural policy in the planning department at the Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development.

Ingeborg works with DOGA's commitment to innovative cities and local communities, with a particular focus on the GNIST programme. Her background is interdisciplinary, with a master's in art and cultural studies from the University of Stavanger, with subjects in cultural management, communication and urban planning. Previously, she has worked in both the voluntary and public sector with urban and local development. Ingeborg is particularly concerned with how we can ensure that our physical surroundings provide a starting point for good lives both now and in the future.

Matti is responsible for filling the large exhibition hall at DOGA with meaningful content. She transforms empty rooms and flat surfaces into spaces that communicate stories and knowledge. Matti is a trained painter with a degree from the Oslo National Academy of the Arts and studied Product Design at the Oslo and Akershus University College of Applied Sciences. She has worked as an artist, curator and project manager in the fields of architecture and contemporary art. In addition to holding various board positions, she has also been a general and technical consultant for art projects in public space. Matti also has experience with hands-on collaboration projects and the use of temporality in the development of public space.

Siri’s focus at DOGA is on architecture and urban development from a societal perspective. Her work is both political and strategic and she is particularly enthusiastic about a living city centre and smart cities. Siri previously worked as a consultant and earned her degree in Civil Economics from the NHH Norwegian School of Economics and has completed additional courses in both design and urbanism. She also heads PechaKucha Night Oslo, held at DOGA four times a year.

Stine works with projects related to city- and local planning at DOGA.
Her background is in communications and marketing, and previous roles include project manager and head of communications at Design Region Bergen, and editor at London start-up Stack.
Stine has a Master's degree in Publishing from University of the Arts London, and an executive education in Design Thinking from NHH Norwegian School of Economics.
