Anne is passionate about developing integral user experiences across all digital platforms. She has many years of experience as a consultant and broad experience as an UX Lead in digital services and product development, as well as the development of brands and visual identities. She currently works as the head of graphic design for SpareBank 1’s internal UX group.
After graduating from Westerdals, Lars helped launch the design agency Heydays in 2008, where he has been a partner and graphic designer ever since. He works primarily with identity design, but also with web and editorial design. Heydays has won a number of awards at Visuelt, a DOGA Award and European Design Awards. Johanne holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from the Oslo School of Architecture and Design (AHO) from the Institute of Urbanism and Landscape. She currently works as a design manager at the Powerhouse Company, in addition to heading the company’s Scandinavian department. Between 2010 and 2017, she was one of the founders of Superunion Architects AS in Oslo. This agency won several competitions, including Asker Square (2011), Ruten in Sandnes (in collaboration with the Space Group, 2012) and the master plan for Skeiane in Sandnes (2014). In 2014, Superunion was voted one of the world’s 20 best young architectural firms by Wallpaper Magazine. Superunion also received the Anders Jahres Prize for Young Artists in 2014. Johanne teaches at the Oslo School of Architecture and Design (AHO), Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts (KADK), Berlage Institute in Delft, Bergen School of Architecture (BAS) and KTH in Stockholm.
